Shipping Policy
 
We can ship to mainland UK only (Unable to ship to islands, Scottish Highlands and N. Ireland). We cannot combine shipping and there is no local pick up. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/BFPO’s.
 
All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated, however, please allow some extra time especially during a holiday season or bad weather conditions.
Please note: Some couriers leave items at your neighbour next door if they do not find you at home. We strive to offer excellent services but sometimes mistakes happen, couriers fail to provide 100% great services, items are lost and some arrive defective as they are treated badly during postage.

We offer a 30 days return policy on all items unless otherwise stated.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not happy with your item, just return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus the shipping cost.
Please note: Returned products must be in original condition. In the case of assembled item(s), you have to return it/them disassembled. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, not altered in any way, as well as including a) all original packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags, b) accessories such as cables and remote controls, c) Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards, d) All items included in a bundle. We will either send you a return label to attach to the package you wish to return and will arrange a courier for home collection or you may need to post it yourself. As soon as we receive the returned item, the warehouse will inspect it and then we will issue the refund.
 
Returns for a damaged or defective product.
 
The customer has the right to return the product if the product was not as described or received damaged. As soon as you send back the item, the warehouse will inspect it and then we will issue a full refund.
In any case please contact us prior to initiating a return so that we can issue you a refund authorization.
