Item as described fast delivery.been using this product for years definitely works for me I have psoriasis I don’t use any other products on prescription as they triggered and made it worse using alsorts of cream and steroids.very happy using this soap nowhere as bad as it was ie not itching as much as I did very little tobe honest afew flare ups but that’s the living with psoriasis definitely recommend works for me very happy
