Whilst the product didn't arrive on time initially it wasn't the seller's fault, it was the delivery company. When I contacted the seller they were brilliant and arranged for another cheque to be dispatched to my home address (as the previous delivery company couldn't seem to be able to deliver to our office) and it arrived promptly.
