I can t praise this company enough. One of the suction cups I ordered was damaged in transit. I suggested that they may consider adding some extra bubble wrap to their packages so this doesn t happen again to other buyers. They contacted me immediately, and despite me not requesting a refund, they apologised profusely and gave me a refund for the one item which was damaged. Amazing customer service. The one suction cup that hadn t been damaged, works perfectly.
