Purchased car radio unit with screen. Radio had no sound. Problem on our system was a screen fault. Seller advised we try his screen on our existing unit. Tried this and still no sound. He then said to talk to a pro. Dealership said the patches were different and the screen and unit were not compatible with cars amp. I told seller and we agreed to return for refund. Seller saying changes been made. NOT TRUE we have done exactly as asked and have 100% sent back to him exactly what he sent to us.
