As much as this seemed an ideal solution for me, it also wasn't how I'd planned to spend my festive period. The instructions are very difficult to follow and it is very labour intensive. If you struggle with IKEA furniture assembly stay well away from this as it's in a different league. And if you are going to get this try not to break too many dowels, and loosen the tighter holes (mostly towards the end) by pre drilling.
