The water bottle had no bung, they offered a partial refund, why? I can use it without the bung, all I wanted was a replacement bung, they wanted pictures of the postage bag and postage label, to see if it was damaged, it had been opened to get the bottle out when it arrived. Offered a full refund, but didn’t do it. Now they just won’t respond.
Avoid this seller, there rude and don’t care who is on the receiving end.
