Compared to a 3500 lumin 15W 4000K LED bulb I would say that the colour temperature looks about right and that the brightness is about the same for the same price (at 2020 prices), when it warms up. The LED is more directional so puts more light on target than a spiral bulb. Also the LED is more robust. I have no idea where the 45 - 150W tag comes from. It does not put out that kind of heat. Probably more economical for it to be less. The LED is probably even more economical than the fluorescent. It really comes down to the light temperature, which I'm not seeing in large LEDs yet.
