I was sent a wow root cover up . It was advertised as brand new and it came chipped and in a used condition . When I spoke to the seller about returning it and sending pictures she tried saying that was not how it was sent and refused to allow me to return it . VERY unhappy ! They tried saying I was scamming THEM!!!

The item has been sent exactly as described, brand new ,unused ,i have photos to prove that , is either the buyer using it and didn’t like the result or it has been used by the delivery driver ,which i guess is the case here . return has been accepted

It is not fake whatsoever, you can scan the barcode and it takes you to the right product , i dont understand how you can make fake accusations.
