From the images you have uploaded, you can clearly see numerous sprouts. It's usually a case of them not being watered enough. I'm sorry you've had trouble but calling the product rubbish is simply not true.

Seed quality is not good, not sprouted, one or two strands but nothing like advertised using the whole pack. Also feel the seller should put a picture of the actual bag you receive as it's tiny and felt ripped off when it arrived. 3000 seeds doesn't even fill a teaspoon.

The seeds are the size of a grain of sand, similar to poppy seeds. The seeds you received had many more than 3,000 as you can see from the picture.
