Well packaged in plain box (certified refurbished), some surface scratches, nothing very not but surprised there was no owner manual or recipes, but both available online.
Got ready to use, the following day wanted to check how long a setting was, 🙁but it didn’t work. Called Ninja after a video call was told I would receive brand new machine in 2/3 days. Which I have just received not tested yet so 🤞we will have ice-cream tonight. Excellent customer service, very helpful, friendly approach.

I messaged them directly and they responded the same day and organised a collection from my home, they sent a replacement that arrived before the damaged was collected and was in brand new condition with all the cellophane and protection on it and in a brand new ninja box.
