Desguace Elostion S.L. bietet seinen Kunden mit Ausnahme von Steuereinheiten oder elektronischen Bauteilen und die Mindestgarantiezeit von 1 Jahr gemäß dem Königlichen Gesetzesdekret 1/2007 an, was in den Garantiebüchern je nach Art des Materials akzeptiert wird.

Wenn während der Garantiezeit eine Panne auftritt, müssen Sie den Garantieartikel an Desguace Elostion S.L. das wird das Stück bewerten und es ändern oder den Betrag zurückerstatten. Wenn das Teil nicht defekt ist, wird ein Gutschein über seinen Wert geliefert, der gegen Teile auf Lager eingetauscht werden kann.

Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Arbeit, Mängel, Schäden, die durch das Versagen des Teils, schlechte Montage oder Nichteinhaltung der vom Hersteller des Teils angegebenen Wartung verursacht wurden. Alle Ersatzteile haben eine maximale Rückgabefrist von 7 Tagen, solange sie nicht manipuliert wurden und die Rechnung zum Nachweis vorgelegt wird, danach werden keine Rücksendungen akzeptiert. Gemäß Art. 18 RD 782/98 Entwicklung des Gesetzes 11/97 über Verpackungen und Verpackungsabfälle.

Die Person, die für die Lieferung des/der Abfallbehälter/s für ein ordnungsgemäßes Umweltmanagement verantwortlich ist, ist der endgültige Eigentümer.

Um diese Rückgabe vorzunehmen, müssen Sie Folgendes wissen:

1. Das Produkt muss in einwandfreiem Zustand und in der Originalverpackung sein.

2. Das Produkt muss manipuliert worden sein, seine Garantiesiegel behalten.

3. Das Produkt darf nicht am Fahrzeug montiert worden sein.

4. Sie können die Ersatzverpackung nicht als Postpaket verwenden, kleben Sie den Versandschein nicht direkt auf den Ersatzkarton, da unser Unternehmen das Produkt möglicherweise nicht annimmt.

5.Je nach Zustand des zurückgegebenen Teils (unvollständig, beschädigt, schlechte Verpackung) kann die Rückerstattung verweigert werden.
