Glasses arrived scratched, when I complained I was offered £2 reduction which I refused, then 50% which I refused, told them I wanted a full refund, I was then informed that I couldn't have a return label, I had to attend post office and obtain postage costs, that would be paid separately, why should I have to run around when your goods are faulty, accepted 50% in the end as going on holiday and wouldn't be back before return date provided. Absolutely disgusted poor customer service.

Not as described and full of scratches and dents. Made the room very dark also. Contacted seller numerous times and was offered a very small refund each time. They blamed the item for being damaged in transit. I received the items in a plastic bag type package rather than a cardboard tube as expected.
I then got told to return the item before “possibly” getting a refund. So they’d probably blame me for the “damaged in transit”.
Do not trust. Waste of money.
