The device came in dyson branded refurbished equipment packaging with complete package contents. It has very minor scuff marks that I see mainly because I looked for them. Came with no packaging (just shoved into a box, nothing to protect it) and had scratches and marks, even though it's "like new" in the description. Contacted support and was told it needs to be repaired even though it was damaged on arrival. Not good service for what I thought was a good company.
