Hi I’m not to sure why you have left negative feed back you requested a refund and cancellation off the order as you read the time fram wrong I showed you the prof that your order was still in the time frame to be dispatched you even acknowledged you read it wrong

I have no control that you was not in even Royal Mail tried to deliver your parcel
