    after speaking to a pharmacist he suggested rather than pay a fortune for a particular tablet that I try a supplement instead, looked on line and ordered this, am now on my 2nd bottle and I have found the supplement to work well for me - it does say on the bottle for men's health - I am female - it is a great find and I will be continuing to use the softgels
