I was really excited initially but despatch time very slow, arrived over two weeks after I placed the order. Communication could be better once a purchase is made to advise of the slow despatch times and how the business operates . There was not much packaging around the item and the straw was poking through the box when it arrived. I would avoid purchasing from these again in the future.

Hi, thank you for your review. We always take feedback on board. The dispatch time is 7 working days which in general is 10 days due to Sat and Sun not being working day then depending on your postage will be another 3-5 days with Royal Mail. This is all stated on every listing as this is one of our t&c’s so everyone can see how long items will be. I replied to every message you sent about your item and tried to keep you up to date and I will take on board about the packaging and upgrade this.
