I made an offer to seller, he made a counter-offer which I accepted and paid. The seller then said the postage was too expensive (I am in the EU and the seller is in the EU) and asked me to cancel order. Then, the seller cancelled the order with the reason "there is an issue with buyer's address", which is a lie as the seller just didn't want to ship to me. I feel a bit confused now. Just lost my time.

The user was from Estonia. I specified in the description that I only shipped to Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany.
eBay only allows you to mark shipping to the European Union without specifying which countries.
