Unfortunately the Christmas tree was wider than anticipated as it was advertised as slim line. I contacted the company and asked if I could return it which they said I could although postage had to be paid by myself. The parcel was despatched back but it took longer to deliver to the address that had been supplied but arrived safely on the Friday before Christmas. Therefore my refund took slightly longer due to the holidays. However the overall service was satisfactory.

The kettle looks Perfect, and MUCH better than the images attached. Very Fast despatch and delivered on time. The seller communication, updating progress & services all are excellent. ONLY one issue it did not mentioned in description that the kettle is not insulated. The body & the lid both are VERY HOT so be aware when use it. Hopeful the seller amend this point.     Good Features but flimsy and over-priced..

    I had had this for 6 months - it is nicely designed and performs well. However, the plastic is VERY brittle. This is a major drawback. Unless you are very careful, the pushers fall out easily - even when locked in place. I am not a clumsy or careless person but within a week I had to buy a new large pusher because the first fell out onto cushon floor and broke. The small bowl has a piece out of it because it fell about 6 inches(15 cm) onto the work bench and the small pusher is missing a pice for the same reason. They still function but that's not the point. Given, how expensive this is I would expect it to be tougher.

    Good processor

    Great food processor with a great array of functions. I've used it for chopping, mixing, grating and dicing. Handles everything I've thrown at it. You do have to get used to all the locking mechanisms before using it, or you can make a bit of a mess feeding things into the funnel. My only complaint is that a piece of plastic broke off the locking system in the handle for the work bowl. This was a used model and the same piece had obviously been broken and repaired before. A temporary fix with a piece of tape was easy, and it could be glued together for a more permanent solution, so no big deal. However, it would be nice if it wasn't so fragile in the first place.

    Good but body flimsy

    Wanted it to great cheese easily. So far ok but overall the plastic and the decorative dark grey bits are a bit flimsy and the handle bits move about. Ok for the money but can’t see it lasting a length of time.
