Se si verificano guasti durante il periodo di garanzia, è necessario notificare e consegnare l'articolo in garanzia a Desguaces Alcalá, che valuterà la parte e procederà alla sostituzione o al rimborso dell'importo. Se la parte non è difettosa, consegnerà un buono per il suo valore, scambiabile con parti in magazzino. La garanzia non copre manodopera, difetti, danni causati dal guasto del pezzo, dal cattivo assemblaggio o dal mancato rispetto della manutenzione indicata dal produttore dello stesso. Tutti i pezzi di ricambio hanno un tempo massimo di restituzione di 7 giorni, a patto che non siano stati manomessi e venga presentata la fattura che lo provi, dopodiché non saranno accettati resi.
