Built like a rock
Great Stand, light weight, quick to assemble and adjust Im using it with a few different amps and works great for all of them which included an original 1964 Fender Twin Reverb, a 2015 Fender Custom Deluxe Reverb and a 2013 Fender Blues Deluxe Reverb. All three of these amps sit properly and securely on the stand.

Quality materials, questionable engineering
Made from quality weight tubing, with a unique gear lock angle adjustment, this thing appears that it'll last a very long time. I only looked online for a stand and this one has a simple design and doesn't cost too much....that's the good....now...... A typical 12 inch combo amp is about 24 inches wide with a somewhat open back. The stand is 19 inches wide. One of my amps had a wooden brace across the back and it fit fine, but the other two swallowed the backrest on the stand. So plan to alter your new gear. The more the stand is adjusted to an upright position the narrower the footprint and the amp and stand become front heavy making it easy to tumble forward. The most upright position that feels well supported is about 35 degrees of tilt. That's a lot. Finally, the rubber-like ... Gator Amp Stand
I have to agree with some of the previous reviews. This product is well made and looks like it will last forever. The only problem is with the one obvious design flaw. The top rear support rail is only 19" long, which is way too short for some amps. If you have an open-back combo amp, the rail will sit inside the side walls of the amp and potentially push against tubes. That makes it unusable. There is a simple modification to fix this. Just add a piece of wood or a steel tube to lengthen the rail. I knew when I ordered the stand that I would need to do this, so I wasn't upset when I received it. I would still recommend this product, but just be aware that depending on the design of your amp, you may need to modify the stand. A little disappointed in Gator. Their products are ... Nice stand for the price.
I recently purchased a brand new Blackstar combo amp for my music studio. Well, after getting it, I realized that my old ass doesn't like to bend down to see the knobs and settings. This stand put it right up where I can see everything without bending over. Nice and heavy duty. I highly recommend this amp stand.
