The chaps who delivered the bed were ever so polite and helpful. To top it off the you tube video link with the instructions, was so clearly and cleverly done, it made putting the bed to together amazingly without hiccups. I absolutely love this bed, it’s exactly the same as in the pic, very strong and sturdy, loads of storage space underneath!
