Pretty poor experience all round. 1. Seller didn't ship the item for nearly 2 weeks. Arrived over 2 weeks after purchase. 2. Seller over charged for postage - charged enough for special delivery, when eventually shipped used much cheaper service and pocketed the difference. 3. Promised partial refunds multiple times - never materialised. 4. Worst of all, carefully hid serious damage to the item in the listing photos, see attached photo of the side they didn't show in listing.
