Terrible Seller. Don't buy anything from them that isn't built like a tank. They have ZERO clue how to pack. Here is a video of them destroying a very rare vintage computer accessory. I didn't want to leave this feedback but was forced to once they blocked me. See video QR. This is very very rare. I paid an extreme premium because of its condition. They were unwilling to work with me. Adios.

It's unfortunate when something gets damaged in transit. This was double boxed with more than enough packing material. He didn't want us to file an insurance claim, nor did he want to return it. The package had a gigantic hole punched through it. It would have been a slam dunk claim. We blocked him from buying the new stuff we listed because he sent 11 insulting emails. We had multiple solutions, he wanted none of it. Sorry we couldn't work things out. Best regards.

NOT double boxed! Barely single boxed! Just used very little paper around the item. See video. Seller isn't telling the truth.
