I bought a GPU with a broken fan, and in the listing it said it had a broken fan, but the seller messaged me to make sure I knew it was broken, they didn't have to do that, but they went out of there way to do it anyways. It's the little things that matter, this is a great seller. PS: I am now using the GPU in my computer, and very happy with it. It had three fans, and only one broken one, so I flipped them around to make it so that the broken fan was over a non-critical part of the card.
