Earbuds that were sent are definitely knockoffs they don't work. I haven't got a shipping label yet we'll see if one shows up. They offered $10 I refused that. Also they didn't have a charging cable that came with them it was supposed to show in the picture

For the price these are pretty good. They are bass heavy but work fine. That said, they aren’t recognized by the JBL app so I can’t use the equalizer to adjust the sound but if your on a budget and don’t mind waiting for shipping from china not a bad purchase. I did get a buzzing sound when I first paired them but a phone reset fixed that.
