The Company rang the day after order to pass their apologies for the delay and to confirm it would be delivered a day late (2 days after order placed) how many companies do that, really impressed. However MobilityPlus (especially Josh) were extremely helpful, suggesting alternatives which I initially rejected so refund was issued without a problem. They arranged a courier collection at a reasonable price given the size and weight of the package.
