  • Pappa roach - love, hate, tragedy

This album was the first album I ever bought, so I have a certain fondness towards it. Its got some classics on there like "she loves me not". The majority of the content of the album is about what Shaddix (the singer) was going through at the time; relationship difficulties and alcholism. There is also reference to family break ups, which is good if you are going through such problems because it makes you feel like you are not alone in what you are feeling. So its a good album if you are a fan or are having difficulties in life because its nice to have music to relate to. However I personally feel "infest" is a much stronger album.

  • No 'Infest', but not bad

Despite bad reviews that i have read about this album, i enjoy listening to it. Although, there is a lack of classic songs that were very frequent in 'Infest', there is alot of energy within most songs. Some of the lyrics are a little obscure but it doesnt hide the fact that this is a descent record.

  • ok, worth a listen or two

Although not Papa Roach's greatest album, this is deffinately a very good album, with some very good lyrics and even better guitar work then this is a must own album for any Papa Roach fan to have. The album has 2 or 3 very good songs on, but the rest just seem to be album fillers, with the same type of sound and feel to it.

  • Not bad

This is a pretty good album. Sure its not their best (i'd give that award to Getting Away With Murder) but is still pretty good :)

  • lovehatetragedy

this album was a big dissapointment after having listened to, and loved their first album, infest. it lacked any memorable songs, and its songs are quite similar and repetitive. thankfully though, papa roach got back on track recently with their new album. 'the paramour sessions'.
