Plant arrived, unfortunately damaged. Seller offered new plant but did not sent it. We agreed on 50% refund as the plant should recover, however I had to chase for it and when I received it, it wasn’t 50% of total cost.
I do however have to say, that plants are sent as described, healthy (parasite or disease free) and dispatched within reasonable time.
Seller is communicating and is offering solutions if problems arise.
I would only improve on packaging and communication.

Communication was straightforward throughout with this transaction. Seller agreed to lower offer for plant. However when it arrived plant was not size, shape I expected. Packaging was damaged and soil condition dry due to delay at courier. I asked seller for a further price reduction but this was declined and agreed I could return. The return process was excellent, plant was collected by Royal Mail and delivered back to seller within 48 hours and refund processed same day. Many thanks.

I received the tree that cost £70 in a very flimsy box after quite a wait, the box was damaged, a main branch was snapped clean off and the tree was nearly out of its pot and it looked no wear near as good as the tree in the picture. I messaged 3 times and had no reply. Would not buy from them again.
