Item arrived quickly, well packaged and mostly as described, but seemed more worn on the base than I'd expect for 'new other'. Seller offered a partial refund when I queried this but only after a number of messages where I had to convince them this was the brush I had bought from them, and only paid after I got eBay involved; had they put through the offered refund promptly without questioning if I was being truthful and me needing to chase it, I'd have left positive feedback. Good brush anyway!

Unfortunately item dos not charge with the chargers described on listening I have returned item other than that there was nothing wrong with item but it could be better listed by seller so I would not waste my time and money it costed me 60p for envelope to post I it back and time fuel to get to post office.
