      Bought battery with delivery. Seller asked to collect when I paid separately for delivery. Started making excuses that not sure if battery can be posted. Customer service is terrible, doesn't know how to speak to buyers. Would be simple just to apologize to buyer and cancel the order and issue refund, now been 4 days , battery not dispatched , seller making excuses to do not refund. Will have to get eBay involved.

      Ordered the part. Paid straight away. Waited for it to be posted. Waited a few more days. I then contacted the seller and had no reply… i then contacted the seller again and no reply… i then contacted the seller a third time and he then responded. Turns out the part was now damaged and would not be posted to me??? Any situation that leaves the buyer chasing the seller is poor, and if seller cant be ar$ed to tell the buyer thats bad. Only positive he refunded.
