Great cooking and great value for money!
I love my Von Chef multi cooker. It is so easy to use and you can cook a variety of recipes from pancakes to stir fry in a matter of a few minutes. I would recommend this item to any one especially those who aren't so good at cooking.

Okay, but temperature fluctuates a lot.
The first one of these I bought seemed to go cold very quickly when the thermostat cut the power to the heating element, so thinking it was faulty I contacted the seller and they very promptly sent me another one. This new one is just the same, when the red light goes off the food cools down and cooking activity in the pan appears to stop, then the red light comes back on, the pan heats up, and cooking starts again. Having compared mine to my Dad's, which is the 30cm diameter square one and which doesn't seem to display this behaviour, we've come to the conclusion that the problem is that the pan on this one is very thin, so there's very little metal to retain heat and smooth out the temperature fluctuations caused by the heating element going on and off. On the square one there seems ... Really impressed
This Multi-Cooker is really easy to use and to clean. There are so many ways I can cook. I can make soups, casseroles and fry food as well. It seems as though the only thing I can't do is to oven cook! It is light-weight and warms up really quickly and cooks at a higher temperature than most slow cookers. Having this cooker means I can cook anywhere with a plug socket, so now I cook my dinner in my living room, and I can sit comfy on my sofa and wait for my dinner to cook! The cooker is just big enough to comfortably cook enough casserole/soup etc for 2 people.This Multi-Cooker is really easy to use and to clean. There are so many ways I can cook. Vonchef cooker
Used this for camping and was easy to use,durable and cooked the food really well. We even managed to cook pizza in it! The only down side is that it heats up then doesn't maintain the heat consistently. Plus the lower heat doesn't really cook much as it won't get hot enough.

Very handy for caravan touring.
Had the larger version but found too big for two people. Seems to cook quite well with ‘one pot cooking dishes’. Brilliant for use while touring in caravan and it is quite light.
