The refund for the 9 piece BSW deep socket set (not delivered) was fast. However !! He said there was a problem with delivery and it was the last one. So he couldn't send another. I had to contact the seller he did not contact me about it. The item didn't get taken off eBay after. Further to that I went looking for another and found one on another reseller site. Call me a cynic this seems very iffy to me. Perhaps the seller will now remove all items not in stock.

Failed chuck
The chuck was cheap, but as it;s Hitachi I had hoped that it would give me reasonable service. The first time I used it, it started to come apart. The rear plastic ring is just slid on to splines, and so slips off. This now means that I can not get the chuck to grip a drill bit. In any case with this lose more parts could fly off when drilling which could be dangerous. You get what you pay for, spend more money and get a better quality chuck.The chuck was cheap, but as it;s Hitachi I had hoped that it would give me reasonable service. Left me in a BAD situation
Very poor quality. The head of the screw inside the chuck broke off on first use..left me in a very bad position. Wish I had bought the DeWalt version initially ...When it comes to tools like these don't scrimp like I did. You'll be sorry!!

Disaster waiting to happen.
I bought this item. The build quality is extremely poor. I fitted the drill bit only to find I was unable to undo the Chuck again. The black quick release mechanism came apart and broke. I had to use a set of mole grips to recover my drill bit. Do not buy this product..... it will let you down
