Yo do not ship straw hats in a plastic bag! The hats were crushed and could not be worn. I contacted vendor for refund and they replied, keep and use and will refund 30%. The hats can't be worn, they are bent and crushed out of shape. I requested I want a full refund. They responded, mail the hats back to China for refund, knowing I will pay more to ship China than what the order cost. CROOKS! I will never buy from them again.
