CBS series GALAXY HIGH SCHOOL was an animated show that ran in the late 1980s and was created by director Chris Columbus (MRS. DOUBTFIRE). The show revolves around two students, the geeky Aimee and the untouchably cool Doyle, who are sent from Earth to study on an asteroid named Flutor. On Flutor their alien counterparts are more accepting of Aimee and the two undergo an amusing role reversal. But Aimee takes pity on Doyle and the two become friends, enjoying a series of adventures together in this two-volume collection of episodes.

    "I'M GOING TO FIX YOU, EARTH BOY!"...BEEF BONK, LEADER OF THE BONK BUNCH!..LOL...LOL..

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE me some Galaxy High School! Mega HUGE fan since 1985! The characters and voice acting here are just awesome! LOVE the opening theme song. Still sing it and hum it to this very day! Was SO totally disappointed that they cancelled this amazing show at the height of its popularity back in the 80's. (The alien high school bully Beef Bonk, one of my very favorite characters from this show, who always wore a white muscle t-shirt that said Earth Stinks, would've said this: "Being cancelled by CBS stinks!" ..LOL) Besides, I really wanted to see Amy and Doyle and the entire gang at good ol' Galaxy High School eventually graduate, that's when and where they should've really ended this incredible series. Plus, I wanted to see even MORE of the budding Amy/Doyle/Wendy Garbo (the ...

    Galaxy High 80's classic Cartoon!

    What can I say about this is classic 1986 Cartoon that should've been called Beverly Hills 90210 but 1986..This cartoon has humor and funny sketch's but think 80's.. Save Ferris bueller!.. And 16 Candle's etc..This cartoon was only around for less then 2 years then something else poped out the invasion of Japanese Animation well this was sort of as well. Except American Animation..The down fall it only lasted less then 2 years..Some of the sketch's were getting boring..But I still liked the cartoon of Galaxy High it has an awesome Sound track as well. Now I can only pray that someday someone gets the rights to the 1984-1986 KID VIDEO series this was the coolest just like Galaxy High Animation series these show's bring back a lot of memories!...

    Magical... but failed to age well.

    I was totally in love with this cartoon when it was new and so amazed it was on DVD so I just had to get it. Yeah, quite a few years have passed between A and B... and I normally still love anything I was in love with in the 70's 80's... but I honestly can see now why this cartoon only lasted 1 season. Perhaps its magic only really works on children and I'm sure is better then most the stuff new today... but I couldn't help be a little disapointed. The 80's rocked it hard for cartoons... movies... TV shows. Not like today! Bottem line, I do not think this aged well. That's all.

    Great cartoon from my childhood.

    I loved the whole series, just sucked that it was only on for 13 episodes. I find myself using some of the slang from the show on my kids, they have the slightest idea what I am saying.
