I made an offer for 2 vouchers as listed by the seller, it was accepted and now the order has been cancelled. Not a nice experience. I now have to wait 3-5 days for my refund so I am currently out of pocket too. Very poor indeed

As explained to the buyer, owing to a misunderstanding between us, it was thought the offer accepted from her of £15 was for ONE voucher, not the two that were on sale for £29.99. The listing has now been altered to avoid this mistake happening again. Revision requested.

After further contact with the seller it does look like there has been a misunderstanding and communication could have been handled differently. Lessons learnt. I am unable to remove my negative comment but I would change it if I could.
