Description states 1kg of powder. Only 900g delivered, which is clearly 10% under quantity. and took over a week to arrive due to delays in dispatching. Estimated delivery- Monday, actual delivery- Friday. Not good at all

Apologies that you did not receive the full 1kg, we will make sure to double check the weight in future! Please contact us first for replacement or refund. Regarding delivery, please check the tracking history - you placed the order on 18/04/24 @ 6pm, we raised the postage label on Friday 19/04/24 and Royal Mail collected the item from us on Monday 22/04/24. It was on a 48hr tracked service (as advertised) so we will take up the delay in delivery with Royal Mail. Apologies again.
