Team 17's quirky, turn-based war game goes 3D in this release for home computers and 128-bit generation consoles. The added dimension allows players to view the action first-person, from above in "blimp" perspective or from behind their invertebrate warriors. It also creates yet another variable for which to account when firing off any of the game's numerous, unpredictable weapons. Battlefield landscapes are randomly generated and, of course, fully deformable. Other additions include a deeper training mode and improved AI opponents for engaging solo play. Worms 3D is designed to retain the style and feel of its 2D predecessors, with the return of such favorite armaments as banana bombs, "Holy Hand Grenades," and exploding sheep, as well as deceptively simple-looking gameplay that seldom fails to surprise.

"Manual" included did not mean the game specific manual. Rather it referred to the Nintendo Wi-fi connection booklet and health/safety precautions booklet. Pictures did not display the "manual". Buyer beware, but also I shouldn't assume based on the description that there would be something I cannot directly see beneath the on top booklet. Packaging, pricing, shipping, is all fantastic. The item condition was actually minimized, it's in great shape. Recommended seller.

Awesome and fun game! Definitely worth the money! Aside from the original 2D games, this one is really fun! Not hard to play, controls are pretty easy, being able to make your own worms clan and customize their voices is pretty awesome! Definitely a must for people searching for classic GameCube games! A++++ Game!

This takes Worms to the next level
Everything you loved about the original "side scrolling" war of the worms in a completely 3-D environment. I bought this for my son who has become highly engrossed in the PC platform editions of the "worms" franchise (and I do like to use my own computer now & then). If you have never played a "worms" game before, do yourself a favor and buy Worms Armageddon for the PC (or any other plpatform except GB Color) to get the concept down. Then snap up a copy of Worms 3D as quick as possible. It is a hilarious game of "war" that is fun for the whole family (to play and to watch being played).Everything you loved about the original "side scrolling" war of the worms in a completely 3-D environment. This game is awesome! There are tons of options, you can make a team of worms and name them, and there are tons of maps and weapons. You know you want to use the Mad Cow, Homing Pigeon, Holy Hand Grenade and even...the Old Woman!
