The parcel arrived broken due to poor packaging and no signs of fragile signs/tape on the box. Therefore the dish arrived on arrival broken, no protective packing at all just two pieces of card wrapped with tape. Not suitable at all for the dish which should have been packaged with care. However I have managed to get a full refund after declining the offer of a part refund. I have had to get rid of the dish as it is no longer usable (broken)

Parcel was packaged per Evri guidelines and posted in good faith, also additional insurance was purchased. The dish in question was increadibly robust and was not a fragile item all corners were protected and additional internal padding was applied. Breakage in transit is outside of my comtrol. I will be seeking Ebay review this feedback.
