    First the positive, the item was as described, the jacket is black and not navy blue, precisely as the seller said promptly after I asked. It was also well enough packed, though a plastic bag in addition to the cardboard box would have been nice. As for the negative, the seller forgot to write the ECP code on the box, which meant I never would have got the email from Argos to tell me that my click and collect order had arrived. If I hadn't gone to the Argos to check, it would have been lost.
