The good news is that it works. The bad news is that the packaging was minimal at best- the iron was in the box, but with only one small piece of brown paper- no padding. The other bad news is that it was not cleaned before shipping- ex., lint in the spray area. It’s almost the same as my first iron, which lasted about 50 years! It just doesn’t have auto off, which I’m going to have to get used to- the plug isn’t handy for me to reach. Just glad it works- so far!
