My item was extremely well packed which ensured safe delivery after a long trip. Communication was good and the item was largely as described. Although it had no damage, there was evidence of a slight factory flaw, in that the glazing was incomplete on a small section of the rim of this ceramic (pottery) item. Overall, I'm happy with the transaction, however this item should possibly have been picked up at the factory as a 'second' due to the flaw, and described as such. Recommended AAA+++

I saw the feedback you left me and I'm happy. I just wanted to say that I'm not an expert on such things. But this item was numbered and came with paperwork I provided leading me to believe it was first quality. I've never heard of a "second" coming with a full pedigree. But I still appreciate the positive feedback. I wish the item would have better met your expectations.
