The bike arrived in the wrong size (19 not 20 inches), and a good number of problems. Front wheel buckled, front inner tube punctured, broken pedal and, seat post clamp snapped on first attempt to tighten. However customer services did offer to replace the bike. They also did ask for receipts of my purchases, as the manufacturer may offer some compensation. However, I bought a new front wheel, rather than getting the old one straightened. I bought £25 pedals to replace the broken one.
