Seller asked for extra money for shipping after the product was purchaced. Request was for a payment outside the Ebay. Total shipping cost had to be 37 pounds according to their desires. Within the Europe it is rediculous rate for such a light package. Though they have advertised 16 pounds shipping.

Despite using their on line seat cover selector for my vehicle, the product supplied was not what I ordered. The fit was not custom and oversized for my seats. Communication from the seller wasn’t helpful to resolve the problem. Return carriage of item was over £12 and at my expense. Despite messages to recover the carriage cost non was offered or made. Refund was made after pressing them with a deadline. A disappointing experience and a product I’ll not recommend.

All our seat covers are fully tailored and they are an exact fit to the seat cover as advertised. Unfortunately you have ordered the incorrect seat covers for your vehicle which as you have stipulated in your email trail is a VW Transporter T5 2008 model year. As advertised our seat cover is for a VW T6.1, T6, T5,1 (model years 2015 onwards) as such these will not fit your vehicle and you have ordered incorrectly. Hope that clarifies.
