Item not arrived after 10 days with expensive postage costs and ignored my first message . Then after I message states the delivery company have lost the item but couldn’t be bothered to inform me , as they don’t care . And waited to buy a part cheaper than what there selling . I want a full refund with the postage as it hasn’t arrant we’re near the time scale . My god Iv had an item from Germany in less than half the time . It’s a joke to run a business like this . Disgraceful
