All 3 rolls were damp. To the point the label inside the wrapping of each was disintegrated and marked rolls so lost that first bit of each. And each roll was a squished oval not a round roll. Had to roll out and allow to dry before putting on wall. Wanted to get this job finished that I'd started as time sensitive for finishing before guests. But was not posted soon. So no doubt sat around somewhere getting wet

The rolls were new and sealed and they are a range which are no longer in production. I offer free no quibble returns and the buyer had every chance to open up a return case for a full refund if they were unhappy with their purchase . They opted to keep the rolls and place them on their walls rather than do this simple procedure. I cannot resolve a situation unless the buyer reaches out to me which they had every chance to do.
