Everything works fine as advertised but why didn't the designers think of how to empty it; if the power lead disconnected from the device it would be much easier to empty. Also I couldn't find a full mark and the only powered bit in the middle is the most useful part for me but works better when wet. Very useful for anybody that can't bend or twist so four stars.

This is good quality but it could be improved to differentiate from cheaper rival products. The massage function is poor and the under foot surface uncomfortable. I believe both of these features should be able to turn up and down according to preference. I like the product but I do not love it. It really could do with new innovative product design.
