The video bar arrived in good time and it was well packaged. unfortunately it just didn't work. no power at all. But the customer service side of the seller was great and refund was not a problem. I guess it is just unfortunate sometimes with technology that this happens. But if there was something else I wanted from this seller then I would be happy to purchase again.
