Really poor service, poor comms & poor delivery. Overall really poor. No com to say when the item (mirror) would arrive.... was meant to be 3-5 days....but ended up 7 days, but I had to chase and ask questions as to where it was. When it did arrive, it's left outside without any acknowledgement or even a knock at the door. When opened the mirror was broken, as the packaging was completely inadequate. I requested a refund and still no comms. Really would suggest to avoid ordering any from them.

I have 2 addresses i have things delivered to and it was down as going to the wrong address, I spoke to Alex from the range , send me a utility bill of the other address, which I did , he said sorry can't do that as your name was not on the bill, it was my wife's name as she pays it. I've 2 boxes that wouldn't fit in my car, I had to take it all out and squeeze it in my car , I wouldn't buy again from this company. A little common sense Alex would have saved a lot of trouble 🤔
