This seller badly packaged the item then went to blame courier for her poor care in protecting in packaging. This Birthday present that meant to be in new condition is now card board soaked through either end with weather because packaging. When confronted bout it. She then said cost her 30 and because I paid 15 for it I shouldn't complain. I hope next time she uses at least black bags to give it protection for all weather's at least.

firstly id just like to say i never told her not to complain i simply said she would of known when yodel were delivering the item as you get an hour time slot so if your not home you can rearrange which they didnt do so the parcel got left outside all day in the rain! the lady then said if i dont compensate she will write a bad review, i dont take kindly to be threatened! so there for no compensation was hence the bad review!
